Moms also need time for themselves to get back into shape! Now offering Mommy 'n Motion where moms don't have to worry about a baby sitter and can take their baby with them to their workout!
This fun and interactive exercise program will benefit both mom and baby! This program can be done in a small group setting or privately with you and your baby.
Between holding our babies, lifting, bending, twisting and using our bodies in ways that typically cause us pain and stiffness, Mommy 'n Motion will help you move better, strengthen your core and start feeling better about your body.
We understand the importance of healthy movement and how it affects our bodies and our well being. We, therefore, created this motivational fitness program that incorporates fitness for moms as well as for your baby!
With my background in both personal training and occupational therapy I will incorporate sensory strategies into your fitness program that will also benefit your baby's development!

PILATES
Sigalit Sharabi studied STOTT Pilates at the Daniella Mallach Pilates Center in Tel Aviv, the only international licensed STOTT PILTAES® training center in Israel.
Developed by Josheph Pilates, Pilates is a form of exercise that improves flexibility and alignment and strengthens the deeper internal muscles of the body for improved stability, posture, balance and strength. Pilates also focuses on stretching out tight muscles and "awakening" the muscles that we should be using for optimal movement. When we acquire strong spinal stability and core strength then we can carry ourselves better and use our larger superficial muscles more affectively. With its focus on moving from the "powerhouse" or center of the body, Pilates develops core strength using the deeper muscles of the body. Pilates strengthens you from the inside out. It is my belief that this is the healthiest approach for a fit body!
Our Pilates classes are done on the mat with various props that we provide. We work on strengthening using your own body weight against gravity. We also create a relaxed setting so that you could enjoy your Pilates strengthening workout while relaxing the mind at the same time.
Our Pilates classes are offered individually or in small group sessions. We can also incorporate Pilates into your personal training sessions.
